I'm Berthold Rosendahl, a founding partner and entrepreneur deeply immersed in fostering innovation and strategic ventures across various domains. With over a decade of experience, I co-founded IncPlus, an incubator for startups and scale-ups, focused on enhancing growth and maximizing company value through strategic analysis, development services, advisory roles in boardrooms, and expert guidance in legal and governance matters. Additionally, as a founding partner at AllChiefs since October 2018, I've been instrumental in shaping organizational strategies in the Rotterdam area.
Currently, I am also a founding partner at Square 10 Ventures, a boutique firm in Rotterdam dedicated to investing in early-stage companies that are poised to reshape the future landscape. At Square 10, we focus on strategic Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), positioning ourselves at the forefront of transformative business opportunities.
Previously, my tenure as Of Counsel at SOLV Advocaten provided me with extensive insights into legal strategies and corporate governance, enriching my holistic approach to entrepreneurship and venture development.

I'm André Annema, an experienced advisor in sustainable strategy and corporate finance with a background of more than 25 years of working with senior executives from a broad range of businesses, from scale-ups to larger corporates and from private or family owned to public companies, to help them in setting strategic direction and successful execution.
As partner at YellowRoad I enjoy working with business owners and leadership to create clarity on the purpose of their organization and transforming this into an actionable strategic roadmap for implementation: creating clarity and laser-sharp focus on objectives whilst being adaptable and prepared to adjust to rapid change and deal with ambiguity. As a co-owner at AllChiefs and leader in the sustainable logistics practice, I work with multinational corporations to design and implement comprehensive strategies and roadmaps to reduce the climate impact of their supply chain.
My professional journey began at McKinsey & Company, where I spent over two decades as part to the Global Strategy & Corporate Finance practice, focusing on portfolio strategy, mergers & acquisitions (buy and sell) and delivering value creation in their businesses.
