After spending 25 years in senior executive roles and being a board member in private equityowned companies, I reached a pivotal moment in my life where I decided to step out of theboardroom. I made an intuitive, bold choice to start a new career chapter, challenging myself toleave my comfort zone behind and start my own company; a HR tech Start-Up.

I know understand more then ever before the blood, sweat, joy and tears it brings to be an enterpreneur.
